Anodic oxidation: can make the product surface to form a layer of uniform, dense oxide layer, (Al2O3.6H2O commonly known as steel jade) this film can make the product surface hardness (200-300HV), if the special products can be made of hard anodic oxidation, the surface hardness of the product can be up to 400-1200HV, so the hard anodic oxidation is a cylinder, transmission, the indispensable surface treatment process.
In addition, the wear resistance of this product is very good, and it can be used as the necessary process for aviation and aerospace related products. Difference between anodic oxidation and hard anodic oxidation: anodic oxidation can be colored, decorative than hard oxidation is much better.
Construction points: Anodic oxidation of the material requirements are very strict, different materials have different decorative effect on the surface, commonly used materials are 6061, 6063, 7075, 2024, etc., of which, the relative effect of 2024 is a little worse, due to the different content of CU in the material, so the 7075 hard oxidation is yellow, 6061, 6063 brown, but the ordinary anodized 6061, 6063, 7075 not much. 6061, 6063, 7075 is brown, but ordinary anodizing 6061, 6063, 7075 is not much difference, but 2024 is easy to appear a lot of gold spots.
Ⅰ Common Processes
Common anodic oxidation process has brushed matte natural color, brushed glossy natural color, brushed glossy dyeing, matte brushed dyeing (can be dyed into any color). Polished glossy natural color, polished matte natural color, polished glossy dyeing, polished matte dyeing. Spray noisy glossy natural color, spray noisy matte natural color, sandblasted dyeing. The above plating types can be used in lighting equipment.

Ⅲ Common Quality Abnormal Judgment
A Spots appear on the surface. This kind of abnormality is generally due to the metal tempering is not good or the material itself is too poor to, treatment, re-heat treatment. Or replace the material.
B Rainbow color on the surface. This kind of abnormality is generally caused by the error of anode operation. If the anode is loose when hanging, it will cause poor conductivity of the product. The treatment method is to withdraw the electricity and re-anodize the product.
C The surface is bruised and scratched seriously. This kind of abnormality is generally due to transportation or processing, the operation is caused by carelessness, treatment methods, retreat, polishing and then electricity.
D White spots appear on the surface when dyeing. D, white spots appear on the surface when dyeing. This kind of abnormality is generally due to oil in the water or other impurities during anode operation.
Ⅳ quality standards
(1) Film thickness 5-25um, hardness of 200HV or more, sealing hole test color change rate of less than 5%.
(2) Salt spray test in 36 hours or more, and can achieve more than 9 levels of CNS standards.
(3) Appearance can not have bruises, scratches, color clouds and other phenomena. Surface can not have hanging points, yellowing and other bad phenomena.
(4) Die-casting aluminum, such as A380, A365, A382, etc. can not do anodic oxidation.
