1、 Design requirements for aluminum alloy sliding windows
When designing aluminum alloy sliding windows, the installation and use safety of sliding windows should be considered. When the overlap in the height direction of the window is too large, it will bring difficulties to installation; If the overlap amount is too small and there are safety issues in use, the window sash is easy to detach from the window frame. Therefore, the correct amount of overlap should be used.
Determination of overlap in height direction: The overlap amount should be used based on the groove depth of the upward sliding profile, the track height of the downward sliding profile, and the height of the window sash pulley. The overlap between the window sash and the upper sliding groove is generally 1/2 of the depth of the upper sliding groove minus 2-3mm, and 10mm can be used. The overlap between the window sash and the sliding edge is the distance from the groove depth of the pulley to the lower edge of the window sash, usually 6-10 mm, and 8 mm can be used.
In addition, the height dimension of the push-pull fan can also be determined by using the inner opening size in the height direction of the push-pull frame, adding the depth of the sliding groove, and subtracting 4-6 mm.
The overlap amount in the width direction should be determined based on edge sealing profiles, hook shaped profiles, and smooth shaped profiles. When designing, the hooks of the two window sashes should completely overlap.
Aluminum alloy sliding windows are divided into two sliding windows, three equally divided sliding windows, three equally divided sliding windows, and four sliding windows. When designing, the width and height dimensions of the window sash should be within the allowable range of national standards.
When designing a sliding window with a fixed window, if it is divided into upper and lower compartments, a middle up sliding profile or a middle down sliding profile can be used between the fixed window and the sliding window; If it is divided into left and right compartments, fixed edge sealing profiles can be used between fixed windows and sliding windows. If it is a high-rise building, it is also necessary to consider whether the thickness series of sliding windows meet the requirements for wind pressure resistance strength.
When designing the yarn fan, the overlap amount in the height direction should be used based on half of the groove depth of the yarn rail. The overlap amount in the width direction can be used based on the width of the screen sash not exceeding the width of the window sash, and the width size should not exceed the width of the window sash.
2、 Calculation of Cutting Size for Aluminum Alloy Sliding Windows
The cutting size of aluminum alloy sliding windows mainly refers to the calculation of the cutting size of window frames and sashes.
The cutting dimensions of window frames include: edge sealing, sliding upwards, sliding downwards, middle sliding upwards, middle sliding downwards, fixed transverse upwards, middle upright (middle stile), etc. The cutting size of the edge seal is equal to the window height; The cutting dimensions of up sliding, down sliding, middle up sliding, middle sliding, and fixed up horizontal are equal to the window width minus the width of two edge seals and the groove depth of two edge seals;
The cutting dimensions of the window sash include: upper, lower, hooked, polished, etc. The cutting size of the hook and light pattern is equal to the inner opening size of the window frame, plus two overlapping amounts (upper and lower overlapping amounts); The cutting dimensions above and below are equal to the width of the window sash minus the width of the hook and light grooves, plus the groove depth of the hook and light grooves;
